Fortunately, we offer much more than just bending or rolling!

In many cases, a product is not yet finished after bending or rolling. That is why van der Hoorn Buigtechniek also offers a wide range of additional finishing operations. These include milling, turning, welding, tube end forming, soldering, cleaning, and much more.

We carry out these tube processing operations for both small and larger production runs. Does your product require additional finishing? Feel free to ask us about the available options. In addition, we use our turning and milling machines to manufacture and maintain our own bending and rolling tools.

Cleanroom cleaning and packaging

In our cleaning facilities, we have various programmes to ultrasonically clean our pipe products, repeatedly flush them and dry them. This is all possible for both the interior and exterior of the pipe. As a result, our cleanroom more than meets the requirements of the “Surface Grade 4” standard
