Cleaning and packaging in accordance with the Surface Grade 4 standard

In our cleaning line, we use various programs to ultrasonically clean, rinse multiple times, and dry our tube products, both internally and externally. This enables our cleanroom to fully comply with the “Surface Grade 4” standard.

The first cleaning step takes place in the first ultrasonic bath using tap water and soap at a temperature of 55°C.

The second cleaning step takes place in the second ultrasonic bath. The bent tubes are rinsed internally and externally with tap water at a temperature of 60°C.

The third cleaning step takes place in the third ultrasonic bath. The bent tubes are rinsed internally and externally with demineralized water at a temperature of 60°C.

In the fourth step, the bent tubes are dried using hot air at a temperature of up to 120°C.

Cleaning is good, but inspection is better. After every cycle, the result is inspected using UV light and grazing light.
